A leader must be able to communicate well and lead the followers; and a leader needs to be a good team player to help others. Tertiary students have to be strong in handling new environments to face new challenges and in adapting themselves when meeting new people and in different cultures. These are reasons strong leadership skills are essential. This 30-hour course aims to assist participants in getting to know their inner strengths, and how to handle weaknesses as a leader. The course includes challenging activities, both indoor and outdoor, for participants to build resilient character as a leader and team player, understand leadership styles, and enhance leadership skills by making the right decision, strengthen group bonding, and solve problems. Interesting and thought-provoking games and activities await them!
